Management of these sites is often detailed and complex and calls for the work of experts who design and provide highly specialised services. For example, when moving a library, thousands of books must be dusted off, packed up, transported and accurately relocated without being damaged. Moreover, antique volumes often require special treatment for mould contamination. Another example is moving artwork, such as paintings and sculptures, which is a very challenging operation due to the great value and fragility of the pieces, which are also often very large and heavy. Our range of specialized services extends from ordinary to extraordinary cleaning. Ordinary cleaning includes outdoor and indoor cleaning activities, sanitisation and specific treatments. Extraordinary cleaning covers both massive and targeted interventions.
We provide stewardship of external and internal green areas including ordinary and extraordinary maintenance work. Our aim is to guarantee adequate levels of cleanliness and maintenance of turfs, gardens, plants, lawns and all green areas.
Our manned security service is provided by security guards on a radio link with our operations centre, monitoring access routes from a fixed post. When needed, they inspect the facility outer limit or inside area for intrusion signs.
The fixed surveillance service with the aid of dog units is carried out by one or more sworn special guards who, in constant radio link with the operations centre, control the accesses to a structure from a fixed location and occasionally inspect the perimeter or the interior of the structure to check its integrity, using the dog (specially trained). Canine units can also be used at airports, ports and in railway and metro stations.
Every day our security guards inspect customer premises for anomalies to avoid criminal acts or simply restore proper security conditions after a failure or omission.
Our intrusion response service is guaranteed every day of the year by mobile security guards on a radio link with our operations centre. They intervene when an alarm is received from a facility that has a security system installed.
The sophisticated systems of video surveillance services managed by the Coopservice operations centers are at the highest level of technology permitted today in the field of remote security management, activating targeted and timely intervention procedures in cases of emergency.
Aimed at businesses, public bodies, shops and private individuals, this service, provided through Coopservice’s operations centre (among the most advanced ones in Italy), permanently monitors the optimal operating parameters of all kinds of installations.
The transfer of valuables from one place to another is carried out by carefully recruited security guards using armoured vans protected by satellite radio location systems. Operations are ensured by a computerized system that can keep track of them all in real time.
The reception, safekeeping and return of valuables entrusted to Coopservice for safe custody are carried out within secure premises protected by active and passive security systems. All management procedures are tracked and documented to allow the valuables held in custody to be identified and located at all times.
Our security reception service is supplied by unarmed personnel. It chiefly consists in handling correspondence, controlling building access points, holding documents and keys in custody, carrying out system functionality inspections, welcoming customers and visitors and providing courtesy information.
In compliance with the provisions of the Ministerial Decree of the Interior of 8.8.2007, stewarding services are carried out by personnel in possession of the personal, physical, cultural and psycho-aptitude requirements as well as trained and instructed according to the provisions of the aforementioned decree.
Coopservice Library is a range of turnkey services, provided by a specialist team, used to carry out the critical operations involved in the pickup and relocation of books and archival materials, while optimising the time it takes to complete the process.
Ordinary maintenance includes the activities and services necessary to keep the buildings and systems contracted in efficient condition. Extraordinary maintenance can be broken down into prevention, correction and improvement according to schedules agreed with the customer.
The energy efficiency of existent buildings is achieved by designing measures aimed at improving their energy class. Three different types of measures can be planned: thermal insulation, alternative energy production methods, increasing the efficiency of the heating system.
